The importance of worship as the reverent gathering of God’s people is obvious when one first enters the sanctuary at Park Road Baptist. We practice a formal style of worship that is also warm and engaging. Though you can expect to experience beautiful sacred music, we are committed to worship that is engaging and appropriately varied, so you might also hear music ranging in style from jazz to folk to gospel.

Also featured regularly in our worship are a weekly children’s time, congregational response in readings and scripture and a time of fellowship before and after each service. Our congregation is proud of its commitment to an open pulpit and appreciates being challenged both socially and theologically.
